Forma, Fremont, CA (Remote) | Aug 2021 – Present

Build and maintain Workato automations that deliver payroll reporting for hundreds of employer clients, replacing manual report preparation.
Write complex SQL queries to extract, aggregate, and analyze benefits and payroll data for client reporting and issue investigation.
Built an internal web tool on my own initiative that validates pre-tax and post-tax files and pinpoints the exact line of each error, cutting review time for files with thousands of lines from hours to minutes.
Configure SSO and SCIM provisioning with Okta and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), giving client employees secure, automated account access.

Built a web-based call center application (PHP, MySQL, HTML, JavaScript) that tracked failed calls and follow-ups, going beyond the original request for a daily appointment file.
Wrote scripts to capture appointment data before the source system purged it, creating the historical record that made outcome reporting possible.

Web based application for collectors to sell items

I built an online virtual mall, sales platform for a group of collectors. The best part of this is that 3% of all item sales go into an account for charity that will be disbursed at the end of the year. Payments are processed securely through PayPal. We are always trying to do more for different communities and charities and figured this is a great way. This was just released 09/11/2026. http://chewiescantina.com

Web based application to track collections

I built a complete web based application for collectors to track their items and a rough value of each item. It shows what they paid for it and a rough market value of each as well as a total. Web based project tracking system

I built a complete web-based project tracking platform under my LLC, Anderson Technologies, to support structured project and task management. The system enables teams to create projects, assign project leaders, manage tickets, assign tasks to users, and track project timelines from start to completion. Post-tax and pre-tax file checker

When I first started here, we depended on people to look through files for errors. Pre-tax and Post-tax files had different requirements and errors they would cause. I built a web application internally that we could upload the files and it would not only tell you if there were any errors, it would show you exactly where they were. So it cut file review from 2 hours to 5 minutes per file, if they were looking through files that were thousands of lines long.

Call center web application

I went above and beyond for this project. I was only supposed to provide a file for the next day appointments, so the call center could call them. After seeing the report we received it was raw data, no formatting and did not make any sense to our offices. I also found that the call center did not keep the data. I wrote scripts that would connect to their database before they wiped it out and save it to a local database. I went on to create a web application so the offices could see what calls failed and who they needed to call again. This would also provide other statistics for the offices as well.

Tax and Expense Tracker

My wife and I owned this business, and I grew tired of manually tracking our expenses, rent, utilities, and inventory purchases. To solve this, I built the system we used in our shop. At the end of the year, I could simply enter a date range and generate a report with all of our categorized and totaled expenses, ready for our tax preparer. This system saved us countless hours and eliminated the headaches we used to face during tax season.
